In the Swiss Alps
Since 2018, I have been immersing myself in the Swiss Alps, drawn to their ever-changing moods, the dance of light and shadow, and the quiet dialogue between nature and time. Through shifting seasons and fleeting moments, I chase the extraordinary—each frame a reflection not only of the mountains but of my place within them.
Alpine Glow
The blue hour is the most magical moment of winter. Colors deepen and intensify, contrasts reach their peak, and everything feels perfectly harmonious—a delicate balance between winter's icy calm and the fleeting vibrancy of light. It’s a quiet greeting, whether bidding the world good morning or goodnight.

Shapes of cold
Beauty needs time and patience. Beauty is fragile and ephemeral. Beauty needs to be found.

Winter in textures
Contrasts — between the icy textures and the vivid blue sky or between chaos and unified order.

Snowfall of solitude
Sensory deprivation in a snow-covered field shrouded in dense fog creates moments of beautiful solitude, where thoughts are stripped down to the "here and now." Where would your steps lead if no path was visible?

Fire and snow
Between two worlds lies a void, waiting to be bridged by a thought. This void can also be filled with a spectrum of subtle shades, blending the two. Either way, the contrasts dissolve, rendering the contradictions insignificant.

Prelude to Spring
Early spring awakens in the valleys, bursting to life with vibrant blossoms. It’s a quiet herald of renewal—an announcement that the snow-capped peaks have yet to hear.

Joy of Summer
Summer days in the mountains are a perfect blend of relaxation and wonder. Whether you choose to walk, hike, run, or simply sit and enjoy a picnic, every moment feels like a gift.

Lazy moments of reflections
If I had to name one thing that sets the Swiss Alps apart from other mountain ranges, it would be the abundance of lakes. From tiny alpine ponds to vast, breathtaking lakes, they add a unique charm to the landscape.

Unpredictablity
Explosions of sunset colors are a rare gift, never guaranteed. It’s always a weather lottery, with clouds spinning like balls in a slot machine. Most days, I come up empty-handed—but on those rare occasions, maybe two or three times, I’ve hit the jackpot.

Golden hours, golden moments
Late, warm afternoons bring me a renewed sense of strength and clarity—just what I need after long workdays or the final stretch of an exhausting hike. These moments feel like nature’s reward, wrapping the world in golden light.

Pastures

Nothing happens
Some days simply drift by, uneventful and quiet, with time slipping away unnoticed.

Last moments of summer

Touch of sun

Rays and layers

Slowly

Autumn
Golden leaves signal the approaching end of the hiking season — a final burst of warmth and color before the world fades to grey.

On the edge
Breath in, go out.
